Watercolour Painting Workshop Outline:

In this workshop, students will embark on a step-by-step journey to create beautiful landscape paintings using watercolour techniques. They will start by learning the basics of sketching landscapes, such as mountains, trees, and skies, followed by layering soft washes of colour to bring the scenery to life. Along the way, they’ll explore essential watercolour methods like wet-on-wet, dry brushing, and blending, while also learning about colour theory and how to mix hues for vibrant and harmonious compositions. This workshop is perfect for those eager to master the delicate art of watercolour painting while expressing their creativity!

Digital Landscape Drawing Workshop Outline:

In this exciting digital art workshop, students will use an iPad with an Apple Pencil and Procreate to create stunning landscape drawings. They will learn the fundamentals of Procreate, exploring its versatile tools and features for digital painting. Step by step, students will be guided through the process of sketching and digitally rendering beautiful environments, including mountains, forests, and skies. Along with mastering Procreate’s brush settings, layers, and color palettes, they will also gain a strong understanding of environmental drawing techniques in the digital medium. This workshop is perfect for young artists ready to bring their creativity into the digital world!

Human Action Poses and Anatomy Workshop Outline:

In this advanced workshop, students aged 12 and above with prior drawing experience will dive into the complexities of drawing human action poses with a focus on anatomy and movement. They’ll learn how to accurately sketch the human form, understanding muscle structure and body proportions, and how these influence dynamic poses. Additionally, the workshop covers the basics of drawing clothing on the human figure, capturing the flow and movement of fabric in real-life actions. This class is designed to refine students' skills in figure drawing, offering expert guidance for those eager to elevate their understanding of anatomy and motion in art.

Art Elements and Principles Theory Workshop Outline:

In this workshop, students will delve into the essential theory and terminology that form the foundation of serious artistic practice. They will explore the elements of art, such as line, shape, form, texture, color, and value, as well as the principles of art, including balance, contrast, emphasis, rhythm, and unity. Through in-depth discussions and hands-on exercises, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how these concepts work together to create compelling and meaningful artwork. This class is perfect for students who are committed to taking their art to the next level and developing a strong foundation in both theory and practice.

Class Time:

• Saturday 5th October 10am - 12:30 pm (Pencil Realistic Sketching Workshop)
• Saturday 5th October 1pm - 3:30 pm (Watercolour Painting Workshop, Human Action Poses and Anatomy Workshop)
• Saturday 5th October 3:30pm - 6pm (Digital Landscape Drawing Workshop, Art elements and Prinicples theory workshop)
• Custom a time for a group of 5 and above

• All supplies: papers, pencil, paint, brushes and cups for washing. (not include Ipad for Digital)
• Professional guidance from our experienced painting instructor.

• $95 per person (free for accompany)
• $5 off for booking more than 1
• Early Bird Sign up before September $85 per person

Policy:

• If participants are unable to make it on the day, they are allowed to attend the next session
• Refund only available 7 days before the workshop start, they will be charaged $15 for cancelation fee
• You may receive a refund for the worshop due to the following:
• Tutor illness or unavailability
• You have tested positive to Covid-19
• Long term illness
• Personal reasons such as bereavement

Parking Guide:

• Do not park your car right in the middle of the garage front
• Do not park your car blocking neighbours' garage, especially 6 Parkhill Court
• You can park on the right side of garage, on the grey spot, on the grass, down the court, just try your best not to hit our pole, there are water system near it.
